RACHEL WOLFE

President

As President of KR Wolfe Inc. there is rarely a business decision within the organization that Rachel isn’t part of. She believes strongly in her team’s ability to manage and operate their individual business divisions and is involved in the day to day operations as needed. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in Science in Communication as well as a bachelor’s degree of Business in Political Science with a minor in Marketing. As our President, Rachel always says KR Wolfe is on a QUEST which stands for Quality, Understanding & Caring, Exceptional Service, Spirit and Trust & Integrity. As a University of Miami cheerleader, Rachel also displays an enormous amount of SPIRIT which is included in our core values. Every day she sets the example for everyone by Spreading Positivity, Initiating Relationships, and Inspiring Teamwork. As a wife and mother of 3 children, when she isn’t running KR Wolfe Inc. she is enjoying time with her family on trips, vacations with friends, working out, and all that beautiful San Diego has to offer.

KELLEN WOLFE

Vice President

As Vice President of KR Wolfe Inc. and with his 18 years of experience in the medical equipment installation/integration field as well as the construction industry, Kellen continues to attend projects as Lead Technician as well as managing all field employees and technicians across the country. Kellen is involved in all business decisions as well as negotiating capitol and technical equipment purchases. He along with Rachel created KR Wolfe to be the leader in medical equipment installation and integration, and has expanded our offerings to installing audio/video control systems, design layout, and turnkey specialty construction options. Kellen is well known and respected in the industry due to his ability to create lasting relationships as a result of understanding client needs, dedication to every project, constantly adapting to an always changing industry and an ability to see new opportunities in areas outside of the medical industry. Kellen holds the necessary licenses that allow KR Wolfe Inc. to operate as a national company as well as an internationally.

MANAGEMENT

DANNY JERINA

Director of Business Development

Danny joined KR Wolfe in 2017 with over 20 years of medical and technology industry experience where he has held positions in sales, business development, and various technical roles. As the Director of Business Development for KR Wolfe he works with each Business Unit to create and implement strategies to support and grow our existing customer base while ensuring all clients receive the highest level of service possible. Danny lives in Dallas, TX with his fiancé and their 2 dogs. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and volunteering at the SPCA of North Texas.

MISTY WEISHAN

Chief Operating Officer

Misty Weishan is a San Diego native with over 20 years of professional finance and management experience. She holds a Business Degree in Accounting, a current Notary Public commission, and is QuickBooks certified. Having served in numerous accounting roles throughout her professional career, ranging from Project Accountant, Staff Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Controller. Misty’s professional background and keen eye for detail makes her an exceptional accountant. She enjoys implementing process and controls to standardize accounting processes. Misty has been married since 2016 and is a proud mother of a son. Misty enjoys the outdoors, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.

DAVE TOMKO

Director of Field Operations

Dave came to KR Wolfe in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is proud of the fact he accomplished this degree by going to College fulltime while at the same time working fulltime for Stryker. He has a vast 25+ year experience working for Hill-Rom, Berchtold, Stryker, and Steris that he will leverage to help KR Wolfe grow and succeed into the future. In his free time, he enjoys the outdoors with his family of 5. He enjoys playing the guitar and is a huge sports fan of football, baseball & Hockey.

DAVE PLEKKENPOL

Director of Technology Services

For over 40 years Dave has had experience in audio video world as a Live Sound Engineer involved in designing and building audio systems for bands, as well as larger PA systems for big concerts. As one of KR Wolfe’s longest standing employees, Dave manages over 30 KR Wolfe field service installation and integration technicians on multiple projects simultaneously and is also responsible for training technicians on specialty equipment. When not working for KR Wolfe, Dave enjoys being active by running, kayaking, fishing, backpacking, hiking, camping, and occasionally setting up for local bands when he is home.

DANNY STEWART

Marketing Manager

Danny came to KR Wolfe in 2018, he holds a BBA degree with minor in marketing as well as multiple certifications ranging from Google Analytics, Project Management and more. Before KR Wolfe he owned & operated a business consulting company, advising others on how to strengthen all facets of their enterprise. Today he uses this experience to leverage KR Wolfe’s communications both internally and externally to insure we are always presenting the best version of ourselves for the world to see. In his free time, he likes to go camping with his wife, son and 2 dogs.

SUZANNE LIVINGSTON

Controller

Suzanne is an experienced construction industry professional with expertise in financial management, contract negotiation, risk management and dispute resolution. A native San Diegan, she grew up in a construction family and has served in numerous capacities, including Project Manager, Contract Administrator, Claims & Job Cost Analyst, and a full range of finance roles from Project Accountant to CFO. Suzanne holds a Master of Business Administration in Management & Strategy and Paralegal certification. In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys wandering the great outdoors with her husband, cooking, and listening to music way too loud.

JOHN DERRY

Business Unit Manager, Integration

John has been involved in the construction industry since 1996 working with his father’s company building new homes and remodels. He has extensive experience in both the commercial and residential audio video industry including automated entry systems for high-end homes and restaurant buildings. John joined KR Wolfe in 2013 and is responsible for Installation and Integration projects, in both the commercial and medical space. John is married with 3 beautiful daughters and enjoys BBQ’s, boating, and drag racing!

PAM NUNEZ

Construction Controller

Pam has 30 years of construction job costing, financial accounting and reporting as well as office management experience.  Having held every position and supervised every function within the Accounting and Human Resource Departments. She is a true believer of teamwork and appreciates working for an organization that encourages, prompts and engages teamwork for the top down.  Pam four sons keeping her very busy with baseball and football, so you can usually see Pam sitting in the stands cheering them on.  When not in the stands, she’s usually hanging out in the desert, camping & exploring in their RZR.

AARON GROVER

Business Unit Manager, OR Renovations

Aaron has been in the construction industry for over 20 years working in Residential, Commercial, and Medical/OSHPD Construction. With his vast construction experience, as Project Manager, Estimator, Supervisor and as a Journeyman Carpenter, he brings a wealth of knowledge to KR Wolfe. Aaron is responsible for project procurement estimating, project management, as well as staff and material management. Aaron enjoys playing a multitude of sports and coaching children’s soccer. When he isn’t working hard he’s enjoying time with his wife and 3 children!

ADAM ENSER

Business Unit Manager, Installation

Joining KR Wolfe in 2013 as a Systems Integration Technician responsible for installing, retrofitting, and integrating commercial medical products. As his duties expanded he became a Lead Technician, then Regional Field Manager, and now Business Unit Manager. As the unit manager, he is responsible for the division growth, employee management and more. Adam regards his international travel to Kuopio & Finland as highlights of working at KR Wolfe. Adam enjoys playing golf and reconnecting with friends.

THOMAS HAYDEN

Regional Field Manager, Southern Region

Tom joined KR Wolfe in 2014 as a Systems Integration Technician.  A 2009 graduate of the University of North Texas with a BA of the Arts and a concentration in Business. Tom brings to KR Wolfe a unique skill-set that includes over fifteen years of installation experience including working for Stryker Communications.  As a Regional Field Manager of the South, Tom is focused on the overall development and skill-set of each technician providing mentorship and support.  Tom is an avid long-distance runner and enjoys quality time with his wife and son.

RICK HALL

Regional Field Manager, North East Region

Rick joined KR Wolfe in 2008 and has worked for us in many capacities, acting now as a Regional Field Service Manager ensuring effective communication between field teams and upper management. He was Born and still lives in Connellsville, PA. He comes to KR Wolfe with both Military (Air Force) experience and 30 years of experience in construction industry. He has an OSHA 30 certificate, 10 HR courses, Millipore Basic Training, IQ 7000, and Large 2 Platform Training certificates. In his spare time, he enjoys being a musician, riding motorcycles, and camping.

GEOFF OLSZEWSKI

Regional Field Manager, South East Region

Geoff has spent the better part of 10 years in construction related materials sales positions and 10 years in the Medical Equipment Installation and System Integration Field.  He has been an integral part of training and evaluating new hires and junior technicians and will continue to play a key role as the Regional Field Manager for the Southeast.  Geoff is a United States Navy Veteran and VFW Member.  His interests include fishing, shooting sports and muscle cars.

RICH NADEAU

Superintendent, Construction Services

With over 15 years of construction management experience and supervision of large commercial projects, Rich brings his leadership and professional attitude to KR Wolfe along with a wealth of knowledge in not only the construction field but the medical field as well.  He has extensive experience performing Infection Control, Seismic Rehabilitation, Waste Pipe Replacements, Remodels & T.I.’s, HVAC renovation & replacement and Firestopping with an emphasis on OSHA, OSHPD, and military projects.  Rich enjoys playing guitar, going to concerts, watching sports and enjoying time with his wife and 2 sons.

JOSE CARDENAS

Estimator, Construction Services

Jose came to KR Wolfe with over 20 years of experience in the construction and shipyard industries serving as an estimator, project manager and division manager with additional experience in conceptual design development budgets and hard bid projects. He has completed projects ranging in size from $30,000 to $50 million. This experience and knowledge allows KR Wolfe to create aggressive and meaningful project bids. He is proud to have grown up in San Diego and especially enjoys the beach. When he’s not at work, Jose enjoys being with his family and taking his dog for walks.

KYLE PHILLIPS

Jr. Estimator, Construction Services

Before joining Kr Wolfe in 2017, Kyle gained valuable experience in the service industry, construction and transportation. He focuses on process improvements and streamlining aimed at capturing the full financial picture of the organization. This information provides valuable insights to owners and managers to make important business decisions. Kyle is a big football fan, the one you actually play with your feet. And no, he doesn’t get into the Messi/Ronaldo debate.  He likes taking nature walks, fishing, occasional golfing, and volunteering for his church’s worship band where he plays on a weekly basis.

DENIELLA STIELAU

Project Coordinator

Deniella joined KR Wolfe in 2017 as a project coordinator for the Installation, Integration & Field Service division. She is responsible for assisting the Business Unit Managers with coordinating projects, scheduling, marketing strategies, profitability, and project accounting. Prior to joining KR Wolfe, she spent years in banking operations. She was born and raised in San Diego, graduating from San Diego State University… go Aztecs! In her free time, she enjoys traveling, staying active, cooking, spending time with family & friends and her passion for photography is evident because her camera is basically attached to her hip.

YVONNE KLINE

Construction Project Coordinator

Before joining KR Wolfe Inc. Yvonne has worked in the construction industry for nearly 20 years. Her attributes include administrating in commercial, TI’s, ground up, restaurants, medical and school projects plus supporting in estimating and accounting for general and sub-contractors.   As a project coordinator at KR Wolfe Inc. her main role will be assisting with project managers in the construction service division from pre to post construction.  When she’s not at work, Yvonne enjoys traveling, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.

VALERIE MILBOURNE

Project Coordinator

Prior to joining the KR Wolfe team, Valerie worked the last 9 years coordinating fertility cases. Her experience in cycle management, travel arrangements, time management, and customer service help support positive experiences for both clients and technicians. As a Project Coordinator, her primary role is assisting the Business Managers with travel management, profitability, and project accounting. Valerie is a mother of 2 and when not at work, enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, and volunteering in her community by mentoring young girls.

JENNIFER BARNHILL

Travel & Logistics Coordinator

Jen Barnhill started with KR Wolfe in August of 2017.  She previously worked coordinating logistics for a Nevada-based rope access company and in group sales/customer service at the San Diego Natural History Museum as well as the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, DC.  In her current role as Project Coordinator, she focuses on coordinating travel logistics, tracking travel expenses and managing our Fleet.  She is the mother of 3 and a Navy wife.  When she has free time she enjoys cooking and traveling with her family.
