Rachel Headshot

RACHEL WOLFE

President

As President of KR Wolfe Inc. there is rarely a business decision within the organization that Rachel isn’t part of. She believes strongly in her team’s ability to manage and operate their individual business divisions and is involved in the day to day operations as needed. As a result KR Wolfe has continued to grow year over year since its inception in 2007. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in Science in Communication as well as a bachelor’s degree of Business in Political Science with a minor in Marketing. As our President, Rachel always says KR Wolfe is on a QUEST which stands for Quality, Understanding & Caring, Exceptional Service, Spirit and Trust & Integrity. As a University of Miami cheerleader, Rachel also displays an enormous amount of SPIRIT which is included in our core values. Every day she sets the example for everyone by Spreading Positivity, Initiating Relationships, and Inspiring Teamwork. As a wife and mother of 3 children, when she isn’t running KR Wolfe Inc. she is enjoying time with her family on trips, vacations with friends, working out, and all that beautiful San Diego has to offer.

KELLEN WOLFE

Vice President

As Vice President of KR Wolfe Inc. and with his 18 years of experience in the medical equipment installation/integration field as well as the construction industry, Kellen continues to attend projects as Lead Technician as well as managing all field employees and technicians across the country. Kellen is involved in all business decisions as well as negotiating capitol and technical equipment purchases. He along with Rachel created KR Wolfe to be the leader in medical equipment installation and integration, and has expanded our offerings to installing audio/video control systems, design layout, and turnkey specialty construction options. Kellen is well known and respected in the industry due to his ability to create lasting relationships as a result of understanding client needs, dedication to every project, constantly adapting to an always changing industry and an ability to see new opportunities in areas outside of the medical industry. Kellen holds the necessary licenses that allow KR Wolfe Inc. to operate as a national company as well as an internationally.

MANAGEMENT

DANNY JERINA

Director of Business Development

Danny joined KR Wolfe in early 2017 with over 20 years of medical and technology industry experience where he has previously held positions in sales, business development, and various technical roles. Danny brings an extensive amount of technical, clinical, and customer relationship experience and as the Director of Business Development he works with each Business Unit to create and implement strategies to support each business unit’s existing customer base. In addition to his internal development he works with internal and external partners to identify and solicit potential new customers for KR Wolfe. As a member of KR Wolfe’s management team, he works very closely with KR Wolfe ownership and administration to support our customer’s current and future needs and ensures that KR Wolfe’s customers receive the highest level of service and support from the KR Wolfe team. Danny lives in Dallas, TX with his fiancée and their two adorable dogs and in his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, and volunteering at the SPCA of North Texas.

JOHN DERRY

Business Manager Installation/Integration

Since 1996 John has been involved in the construction industry working with his father’s construction company building new homes and remodels. He has extensive experience in both the commercial and residential Audio Video industry including automated entry systems for high end homes and restaurant buildings, including gates, and proximity readers. For years, John was a Field Supervisor in charge of 50 install technicians for a CE Pro “Top 10” company in Southern California. Since joining the KR Wolfe team in January of 2013 he is responsible for Installation and Integration projects, in both the commercial and medical space. John is married with 2 beautiful daughters and another one on the way. He also enjoys, BBQ’s, boating, and drag racing!

DAVE PLEKKENPOL

Director of Technology Services

For over 40 years Dave has had experience in Audio Video world. In the mid 70’s, Dave was a Live Sound Engineer involved in designing and building audio systems for bands, as well as larger PA systems for big concerts. As the Technical Director at his church, Dave managed and led a team who installed and integrated a CAT 5 system which distributed audio and video from the main church auditorium to 6 other venues within the facility. As one of KR Wolfe’s longest standing employees, Dave manages over 30 KR Wolfe field service installation and integration technicians on multiple projects simultaneously. His team installs a very wide variety of technical equipment including proprietary medical and surgical equipment, surgical tables, lighting systems, video monitors, cabling, and computer integration of systems that are not
typically designed to work together. In addition to managing project logistics, he is also responsible for training technicians on specialty equipment. When not on the road or working for KR Wolfe, Dave enjoys being active by running, kayaking, fishing, backpacking, hiking, camping, and occasionally setting up for local bands when he is home.

ERIKA CHRISTIAN

Director of Human Resources

Prior to joining the KR Wolfe team in July of 2016, Erika comes with 13 years of human resources experience working in the biotech, medical device and financial services industries.  Her expertise as a generalist spans across various human resources functions including recruiting, maintaining policy and compliance, change management, compensation, training and development programs.  As a member of management teams, she’s enjoyed being in roles that serve as a partner for the team and driving positive impact for organizations she’s worked with.  Erika enjoys spending time with her family and playing tourist in beautiful San Diego, indulging in the city’s vibrant culture, food and sights.

DAVID WATERS

Field Service Manager

Prior to joining the KR Wolfe team in October of 2017 as a Field Service Manager, David comes with 20+ years of Management experience spanning multiple divisions.  He has experience managing Installation/Training, Technical Support, Customer Service, Returns, Sales and Repair Center teams. David was also a Field Service Technician/Installer for a Point of Sale (POS) company for 8 years.  When he is not working, he enjoys fishing, going to the beach, movies, camping and happy hours/bbq’s with friends and family.

VALERIE MILBOURNE

Project Coordinator

Prior to joining the Kr Wolfe team, Valerie worked the last 9 years coordinating fertility cases throughout the world. Her experience in cycle management, travel arrangements, accounting, time management, and customer service help support positive experiences for both clients and technicians. As a Project Coordinator at Kr Wolfe, her primary role is assisting the Business Managers with travel management, profitability, and project accounting. Valerie is a mother of 2 and when not at work, enjoys camping, hiking, traveling, and volunteering in her community by mentoring young girls.

MANAGEMENT

GEOFF OLSZEWSKI

Regional Field Manager

Geoff has spent the better part of 10 years in construction related materials sales positions and 10 years in the Medical Equipment Installation and System Integration Field.  He has been an integral part of training and evaluating new hires and junior technicians and will continue to play a key role as the Regional Field Manager for the Southeast.  Geoff is a United States Navy Veteran and VFW Member.  His interests include fishing, shooting sports and muscle cars.

THOMAS HAYDEN

Regional Field Manager

Tom joined KR Wolfe in 2014 as a Systems Integration Technician.  A 2009 graduate of the University of North Texas with a BA of the Arts with a Minor in Business Management, Tom brings to KR Wolfe a unique skill-set that includes over fifteen years of installation experience.  Tom joined Stryker Communications in 2010, and was trained in the field of Medical Integration prior to joining KR Wolfe.  As a Regional Field Manager of the South, Tom currently leads a team of technicians in Texas and Arizona.  Tom is focused on the overall development and skill-set of each technician, and works closely with each, to provide mentorship and support.  As a hobby, Tom is an avid long distance runner.  At home, Tom enjoys quality time with his wife and son.

SHARI WYCKOFF

Project Coordinator Construction Services

Shari has worked in the Construction Industry for over 25 years, as a self-employed owner for an Excavation/Demo company, a bookkeeper to multiple small construction companies, and Office Manager for several San Diego construction companies. Experienced with accounting, payroll, certified payroll, insurance, human resources, marketing, estimating, project coordination and business development. She has also been an active Notary Public, for over 16 years. Shari provides administrative and project management support to the Construction Services Division at KR Wolfe as they continue grow and diversify. She grew up in Lakeside and has two children who did the same. She loves camping, cooking, baking, reading, traveling, animals and spending quality time with family and friends.

MISTY WEISHAN

Director of Finance

Misty Weishan is a San Diego native with over 20 years of professional finance and management experience. She holds a Business Degree in Accounting, a current Notary Public commission, and is QuickBooks certified. Having served in numerous accounting roles throughout her professional career, ranging from Project Accountant, Staff Accountant, Accounting Manager, and Controller. Misty’s professional background and keen eye for detail makes her an exceptional accountant. She enjoys implementing process and controls to standardize accounting processes. Misty has been married since 2016 and is a proud mother of a son. Misty enjoys the outdoors, traveling, cooking, and spending time with family.

ADAM ENSER

Regional Field Manager

Joining KR Wolfe in 2013, Adam was hired as a Systems Integration Technician responsible for installing, retrofitting, and integrating commercial, medical, and government products. As his duties expanded, he became a Lead Technician, and following that, was recently promoted to Regional Field Manager for the Central region. His new position still carries all prior responsibilities with the added objective of facilitating a closer relationship between management and those in the field. Adam regards his international travel assignment to Kuopio, Finland in 2016 and several of his awards and honors as highlights of working within the KR Wolfe team. Graduating from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2010, he worked for a family business until being hired with KR Wolfe. When the opportunity presents itself, Adam enjoys playing golf and reconnecting with friends.

AMBER ANDERSON

Office Manager

Before joining the KR Wolfe family in July 2017 as our Office Manager, Amber worked with some of San Diego’s top specialty dentists and dental professionals in San Diego’s beautiful East County for over 15 years. She prided herself on providing exceptional patient care as a Dental Office Manager and Front Office Assistant. Amber brings over 25 years of administrative and customer service experience to the table and as KR Wolfe’s Office Manager, she provides support to management, office staff, field technicians and our valued clients as well. Her out-going, friendly attitude is sure to make you feel welcome and bring a smile to your face when you visit our corporate office. Amber is a California native and during her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family & friends, going to the beach as often as possible, doing crafts and, she is also a self-taught wood-burning artist.

JENNIFER BARNHILL

Project Coordinator

Jen Barnhill started with KR Wolfe in August of 2017.  She previously worked coordinating logistics for a Nevada-based rope access company and in group sales/customer service at the San Diego Natural History Museum as well as the Smithsonian American Art Museum in Washington, DC.  In her current role as Project Coordinator she focuses on coordinating travel logistics, tracking travel expenses and managing our Fleet.  She is the mother of 3 and a Navy wife.  When she has free time she enjoys cooking and traveling with her family.

CHRIS HILDERBRAND

Director of Field Operations

Chris joined KR Wolfe in February 2018.  He is an accomplished manufacturing and solution-oriented manager who thrives in challenging, fast-paced environments where his performance directly impacts the bottom line.  He has solid leadership and decision-making skills that are already making an impact to the KR Wolfe organization.  Chris brings to the team more than 25 years of P&L, operations management, and leadership experience in service and manufacturing environments with as many as 3,200+ direct employees.  He has been repeatedly successful in increasing financial performance, productivity, quality, safety, service, and customer satisfaction.  As well as being successful in creating a Lean and Six Sigma culture within $1.5+ billion operations, and driving continuous improvement throughout organizations.  Chris is an expert in utilizing performance management metrics to accurately gauge the health of an organization and pinpoint areas for enhancement.  Chris lives in Phoenix, Arizona with his wife, three children and Sasha (Akita dog).  In his spare time, Chris enjoys fishing, camping,  and exploring the Arizona desert.

Jose Cardenas

Estimator

As an estimator, Jose has over 20 years of experience in the construction and shipyard industries. Serving as an estimator, project manager and division manager, Mr. Cardenas has worked on projects in the commercial, institutional, and military sectors. He has had projects ranging in size from $30,000.00 to $50 million. Jose has a varied construction history, with experience in conceptual design development budgets to hard bid projects. They include: elementary schools, high schools, medical facilities, military facilities.

Although he is not technically a native of San Diego, Jose’s family moved there when he was very young. He is happy to have grown up here and especially enjoys the beach. When he’s not at work, Jose enjoys being with his family and taking his dog for walks.

Aaron Grover

Business Unit Manager OR Renovations

Aaron has been in the construction industry for over 20 years working in both Residential, Commercial, and Medical/OSHPD Construction. With his vast construction experience, as Project Manager, Estimator, Supervisor and as a Journeyman Carpenter with framing and finish experience, he brings a wealth of knowledge to KR Wolfe. Aaron is responsible for project procurement estimating, project management, as well as staff and material management. Aaron is focused on delivering the safest and highest quality work possible. Aaron enjoys playing a multitude of sports and coaching children’s soccer. When he isn’t working hard he’s enjoying time with his wife and 3 children!

JEFFREY DARBY

Project Manager

With over 30 years of commercial and healthcare experience Jeffrey brings a vast amount of knowledge to the KR Wolfe team. He has worked in ground-up healthcare hospitals and numerous OSHPD hospital renovations. His expertise in diagnostic imaging for providing specialty radiation shielding for all modalities gives KR Wolfe support in procuring these projects. Jeffrey will be responsible for procurement, design/build and coordination of the construction services team. As project manager on these projects, he will have direct contact with the clients. Ensuring that all projects stay on budget and delivered on time. He will take command of the project from the estimator and buyout bid packages with the selected subcontractor team. We will manage all subcontractors to provide the highest quality when completing these “centers of excellence” for the client. Our pre-construction skills and negotiation build confident with facilities as to not interrupt services to their patients during construction services. Strategic planning helps minimize exposure of construction contaminates to the hospital staff and patients. In down time, Jeffrey enjoys playing golf throughout many southern California courses.

RICH NADEAU

Construction Superintendent Construction Services

With over 15 years of construction management experience and supervision of large commercial projects, Rich brings his leadership and professional attitude to KR Wolfe along with a wealth of knowledge in not only the construction field but in the medical field as well.  He has extensive experience working in hospitals performing Infection Control for various construction projects such as, Seismic Rehabilitations, Waste Pipe Replacements, Remodels & T.I.’s, HVAC renovation & replacement and Firestopping with an emphasis on OSHA, OSHPD and military projects.  Rich is responsible for managing all operations and productivity of our construction projects as well as delivering the safest and highest quality work possible.  He has a general contractor’s license and various construction related certificates such as: EM 385-1-1 w/ 24Hr. Fall Protection, OSHA 40, Forklift & Scissor Lift, etc.  Rich loves to build, but when he’s not, he enjoys playing guitar, going to concerts, watching sports and enjoying time with his wife and 2 sons!
