RACHEL WOLFE
President
As President of KR Wolfe, Inc. there is rarely a business decision within the organization that Rachel isn’t part of. She believes strongly in her team’s ability to manage and operate their individual business divisions and is involved in the day to day operations as needed. Rachel is a graduate of the University of Miami with a bachelor’s degree in Science in Communication as well as a bachelor’s degree of Business in Political Science with a minor in Marketing. As our President, Rachel always says KR Wolfe, Inc. is on a QUEST which stands for Quality, Understanding & Caring, Exceptional Service, Spirit and Trust & Integrity. As a University of Miami cheerleader, Rachel also displays an enormous amount of SPIRIT which is included in our core values. Every day she sets the example for everyone by Spreading Positivity, Initiating Relationships, and Inspiring Teamwork. As a wife and mother of 4 children, when she isn’t running KR Wolfe, Inc. she is enjoying time with her family on trips, vacations with friends, working out, and all that beautiful San Diego has to offer.
KELLEN WOLFE
Vice President
As Vice President of KR Wolfe, Inc. and with his 18 years of experience in the medical equipment installation/integration field as well as the construction industry, Kellen continues to attend projects as Lead Technician as well as managing all field employees and technicians across the country. Kellen is involved in all business decisions as well as negotiating capitol and technical equipment purchases. He along with Rachel created KR Wolfe, Inc. to be the leader in medical equipment installation and integration, and has expanded our offerings to installing audio/video control systems, design layout, and turnkey specialty construction options. Kellen is well known and respected in the industry due to his ability to create lasting relationships as a result of understanding client needs, dedication to every project, constantly adapting to an always changing industry and an ability to see new opportunities in areas outside of the medical industry. Kellen holds the necessary licenses that allow KR Wolfe, Inc. to operate as a national company as well as an internationally.
MATT MILLER
Chief Operations Officer
As former Chief Business Officer at Adamo Construction and Chief Financial Officer at Christian Brothers Restoration, Matt brings a wealth of experience in finance, HR, IT, and operations. His leadership has aligned business units to client outcomes and enhanced efficiency, communication, and team engagement. With a background that also includes nearly a decade as Director of IT Operations at Graphic Business Solutions, Matt brings a well-rounded, client-focused approach to operational excellence at KR Wolfe.
SHELLY WHEELINGTON
Chief Financial Officer
Shelly brings over 25 years of financial leadership to her role as Chief Financial Officer at KR Wolfe. As the principal owner of a long-established accounting practice, she has built a career around helping businesses across diverse industries maintain accurate financials and achieve long-term growth. Known for her ability to bridge the gap between day-to-day bookkeeping and high-level tax strategy, she ensures clear, proactive communication and sound fiscal decision-making.
DAVE PLEKKENPOL
Director of Installation, Integration & Field Service
Dave's AV experience spans over 40 years of working in the audio video world as a Live Sound Engineer, designing and building audio and lighting systems for local bands, larger PA systems for big concerts, medical/commercial/education integrations, and installs in houses of worship. As one of KR Wolfe’s longest-standing employees, joining the team in 2008 as an installer, Dave has experienced all facets of the business and now oversees the day-to-day operations of the company.
WADE BREWER
Field Service Business Unit Manager
Wade brings more than 15 years of experience in global field service operations and client services. Throughout Wade’s career, he has overseen installation and maintenance services for many of the world’s largest brands. Wade is truly passionate about operations, growing partnerships, and building strong teams that surpass client expectations.
ROBERT THOMSEN
Business Unit Manager - AV Systems Integration
With over 25 years in the audiovisual industry, Rob Thomsen brings deep operational expertise and a passion for excellence to every project. From leading national teams of 100+ technical professionals, project managers, and engineers to overseeing complex command and control room installations, Rob is known for delivering results with precision and integrity. At KR Wolfe, he leads the AV Systems Integration team with a focus on building a best-in-class workforce to meet the unique needs of our clients. His leadership emphasizes customer satisfaction, technical excellence, and doing the job right the first time.
BRIAN GRAYBEAL
Business Unit Manager, Construction
With deep experience as a senior construction manager, Brian has led major projects across healthcare, education, aviation, and historic preservation. At Denver International Airport, he helped build the original facility and later managed remediation and roofing system upgrades. At St. Anthony Hospital, he oversaw ground-up construction from foundation through commissioning. He's also led historic restorations and other protected sites in CO, CA, and AZ—balancing preservation with modern upgrades. His portfolio reflects a proven ability to deliver high-security, complex projects with precision.
ADAM ENSER
Project Manager
Adam joined KR Wolfe, Inc. in 2013 as a Systems Integration Technician, specializing in the installation, retrofitting, and integration of commercial medical products. With a strong work ethic and a drive for excellence, he quickly advanced to Lead Technician, then Regional Field Manager, and now serves as a Project Manager—supporting one of the company’s most prestigious clients. Adam brings years of hands-on field experience and leadership to every project, ensuring high standards of performance, client satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Among his career highlights is international travel to Kuopio and Helsinki, Finland—an experience he proudly associates with his time at KR Wolfe.
DANNY KAWANO
Project Manager
Since joining KR Wolfe, Inc. in 2011, Danny has built a strong and steady career grounded in field experience and technical expertise. Beginning his journey as a field technician, he quickly advanced to Regional Team Lead and now serves as a Project Manager, bringing over a decade of hands-on knowledge in Low Voltage and Systems Integration. Danny’s experience spans both on-site installations and office-based project oversight, giving him a comprehensive understanding of the full project lifecycle. He excels at managing complex projects with precision, fostering teamwork, and maintaining a strong focus on strategy, performance, and morale.

Bret comes to KR Wolfe Inc., with more than 10 years of field service experience and has managed large installation projects and preventative maintenance programs for well-known brands around the world. Bret is truly passionate about building a team that delivers exceptional quality and service. His focus is on ensuring success for his clients.

With a proven track record in technical team leadership and project execution, Michi brings over 15 years of operational expertise to the field. She has led national technical teams, streamlined service processes, and driven improved response times and customer satisfaction. Known for increasing profitability through data-driven decision-making, Michi manages complex schedules, project documentation, and job costing with precision.
