Schedule and Travel Coordinator

We are looking for a strong, organized professional to manage our scheduling for our growing team of 50 field technicians located across the country and staff them for assignments nationwide. This is a high volume, fast paced environment that requires critical thinking skills and out of the box solutions. Between our 6 business divisions, we currently staff an average of 50 projects submitted weekly and with start dates for the following week. This role will have heavy interaction with each business division and with our Travel team to ensure the appropriate resources are provided for scheduled assignments.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with internal teams
  •  Manage, monitor and appropriately communicate scheduling progress.
  • Book Travel as needed (flight, hotel, rental/fleet vehicles)

Installation Business Manager

KR Wolfe is seeking a dynamic professional to manage and successfully execute business plans for our rapidly growing Installation division. This position will be responsible for cultivating the customer relationship, full cycle project management, supporting services for existing accounts and working closely with management on new business development opportunities. This position will be supporting the overall direction, completion and financial outcome of projects and business division revenue. Candidates for consideration will have demonstrated ability to manage small to mid-scale projects working with the team on design, estimating, construction, quality control, project controls, issue resolution, and close out and successful sales and business development experience. Ideal candidates will also possess exemplary leadership qualities and customer service/sales skills.  Experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing sales and account management are ideal.

Controller

We are seeking a senior level finance and accounting professional to provide leadership and coordination of company financial planning, debt financing, and budget management functions and ensure company accounting procedures and reporting conform to generally accepted accounting principles with a strong focus on construction accounting practices. This hands-on position is accountable for the financial and business operations of the company and will require keen business acumen developing, implementing, managing, and maintaining financial and operational strategies to support the company’s business initiatives. This position currently manages one accountant who processes payroll, AP/AR and various day to day accounting functions.

 Key responsibilities, include but are not limited to, the following:

  • Manage capital request and budgeting processes
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements
  • Manage the preparation of all financial reports and forecasting
  • Prepare financial analysis for contract negotiations and product investment decisions
  • Manage and provide all monthly, quarterly and year end reporting, reconciliation and filing
  • Manage financial audits and processes
  • Create and manage accrual schedules
  • Coordinate with CPA for quarterly tax planning, annual reports, tax preparation, capital expenditure review, and year end cash flow
  • Monthly credit report monitoring to ensure accuracy of data
  • Manage all vendor partnerships: account management, documentation, credit applications
  • Manage and file all Liens, Lien Releases, UCC filings, and any other account credit management forms
  • Work with Construction Services Division on specialty accounting functions including, but not limited to: managing construction bonds, WIP schedules, pay retainage billings
  • Manage liability amounts for all Service Contract Periods including contract values and expenditures per contract against contract timeline
  • Review all contract documents for finance terms and conditions, accounting expectations, and terms and warranty clauses.
  • Review and manage P&L accounts and reporting
  • Review and manage commissions and sales and marketing budget accounts and reporting
  • Annual review of all contracts, certifications and filings, company benefits programs, business insurance and business operations expenses
  • Oversee all payroll and certified payroll reporting
  • Assist with annual 401k and payroll audits
  • File 401K reports including annual census reporting annual matching, plan documents, TPA, quarterly plan notifications, 401k loan processing, and payroll integration.
  • Review and file all payroll reports and confirm accuracy of information
  • Respond to any/all employment tax notices/filings

Qualified candidates will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, Master’s degree/MBA preferred
  • Five (5) to Ten (10) years experience in a mid to senior level finance or accounting position, and a CPA (preferred)
  • Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP
  • Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems
  • Knowledge of federal and state financial regulations

Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Technicians

We have several immediate openings for Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) Technicians in several cities across the US. KR Wolfe’s growing customer base includes installation of medical equipment, integration projects, construction and renovation projects, water purification systems, x-ray security screening equipment and more! In general, the technician position is a 100% travel position to various project sites located across the US.

Requirements may include a combination of the following skillsets:

Construction Project Manager (OSHPD)

We are currently searching for a Construction Project Manager who is looking to be a part of a growing business division. This person will be supporting the overall direction, completion and financial outcome of the construction project. You have the ability to manage small to mid-scale hospital projects under the jurisdiction of the California Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and working with a project team for design, construction, quality control, project controls, issue resolution, and close out.

Core duties and responsibilities including, but limited to, the following:

  • Exemplary leadership qualities and managerial skills
  • Provides direction and oversight to Superintendent when needed
  • Manages weekly subcontractor meetings
  • Coordination of entire jobsite, trades, start dates, and sequencing scope
  • Coordinates jobsite walks

  • Review plans or specifications to determine work requirements
  • Ensures that specifications are met
  • Manage the project using established project controls and procedures

  • Review each project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Review the work progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Manage direct employees as well as subcontractors
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to each job’s status
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones

We are also looking for a Construction Labor Foreman to join the Construction Services team. This essential role will be assisting the project team in ensuring timely and successful completion of construction projects.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist Project Superintendent
  • Maintaining a clean job site – pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards
  • Framing and Drywall experience
  • Set up and take down ladders, barriers and other temporary structure
  • Load and unload trucks and haul
  • May assist with controlling traffic

Qualifications:

  • Previous construction experience is required
  • Hospital construction/OSHPD experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of proper use of equipment, materials and supplies used on commercial construction projects
  • Ability to work independently and complete daily activities according to work schedule
  • Experience working in a hospital construction environment highly preferred
