1. Physician Lounge is utilized as a multi-purpose room with the space being used as a
library, working and eating area.
2. Small Staff Lounge is small and quaint and not heavily utilized due to its size.
3. Large Staff Lounge has been used for small meetings, eating and working.

The scope of work for all lounges included new furniture, data, electrical, light fixtures, flooring, paint, tile/decorative walls, built-in casework; countertops, overhead cabinet and base cabinets in the kitchenette area. Include finishing all walls and ceilings to “like new” conditions. Only the Physicians Lounge included the installation of a new 3 ton HVAC unit installed on the roof with ducting thru new penetration of the concrete lid.
